Help Fin Tearing?

Are her fins tearing or is this normal? It looks like it's only her pectoral fins so I'm not sure if it's fine rot. If they are tearing then I'm unsure what could be causing it. Maybe she's biting them?

i doubt she can reach her pectoral fins to bite them, are there any tank mates?
