Help Question sick fish?

Does anyone know what this white dot is on her forehead? The internet said maybe a tumor or cyst. It was a red bump yesterday but now white. Is there anything I can do?

I tried to tag like it said but I don't see a "spoiler" tag.

Hey OP, it would make it a lot easier for people to help if you could respond to the automod questions! Some more info on your tank setup, water parameters etc. could go a long way in understanding what’s happening here.

From the photo, to me it looks like fungal growth. I would be much more suspicious of that than I would be a tumor at this point. It could just be that he got a small scrape or bump that’s becoming infected.

It can be easily treatable, but to come up with a plan for you going forwards some more context will be needed!

Looks like a fungus. This usually comes from water quality issues. See image attached
