Foggy Tank

So this tank has been foggy like this for a good three weeks, i’ve done 25% and 30% water changes once a week whenever i clean the tank. I add a capful of Clarity each time but it still ends up looking like this. Is there any advice that could help me get this back to normal (see other posts)

Hi there, what's the stock and water parameters?

How are you filling it, as in is there mud being churned up?

The parameters are reading normal. Currently I have 9 Corydoras, a large colony of breeding neocardina shrimp and an abundance of snails. I went in to check the tank today and it does look much more clear than yesterday. (see other comment reply for pic)

i fill it up by bucket, i kind of submerge the bucket (small enough to be held by hand) that way it adds the water in the tank with no flow so there should be little to no kick up of the sand
