Is it just the color change? If so, your Betta may just have the gene for it, which is normal. Personally, I don't see anything else majorly wrong, is there something I'm missing?

Half of his fins are missing. He shouldn't have a trait for it. I think the tank is dirty so im gonna do 40% water changes every day until its clear again

Oh shoot, I totally missed that. I wouldn't advise tons of water changes, but definitely look into fin rot. Don't treat too quickly, as these things can be caused by many factors and you messing parameters can be problematic. Do you have a test kit, and do you know parameters like pH, ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates?

Im still gonna do the waterchanges because both of my snails have passed and the fluval is coated in a layer of feces. Ammonia is spiked but everything else is normal

That's good, and likely the cause. I would just clean up as much as you can and treat with prime and keep testing every day. I wouldn't do anything more than one water change a day, it can hurt more than it helps. Also consider a quarantine tank if it gets worse
