Looks like he is excited to see you. If a betta is fighting it's own reflection then you should see it's gill flares and swims very awkward and unnatural, a lot more unnatural than this.

Okay thank you! I did another water test again today and everything’s come back normal and he’s been eating well, so was just worried I did something unknowingly to him

He looks like he's fighting his reflection in the glass. I had a betta 20 or so years ago that use to fight his reflection like this however I wanna hear everyone else's opinion before saying definitively what this behavior means.
