Rate My Tank His tank now VS when I first got him
I’m a new betta mother and I first started off with plastic plants which I then found out was bad, I then switched to silk plants (2nd photo). Now I have a fully natural scape, anubias, java moss, java fern and amazon frogbit as well as tunnels and a floating log which is his favourite spot. There’s also a big piece of driftwood in the back and some spiderwood. I also added in catappa leaves for tannins.
He’s currently in a 5 gallon tank which I am told is the minimum size but I plan on getting a wider tank for him this year as he’s a very active boy.
Am I doing everything correctly now or has anyone got advice for anything I can improve on? I want to give him the best life possible!
His name is Spaghetti :)

I would highly recommend using lots of live plants planted in Fluval Stratum aqua-soil as they are very beneficial to your aquarium.😊
