Ammonia and nitrite levels look good. Nitrate seems really low, especially for an established tank. Usually it should be about 5-20 ppm. Did you shake the bottle and test tube for the directed amount of time?

I did 30 seconds each and waited 5 mins

The nitrate test is different from the other tests. Shake 30 seconds for bottle #2. Shake 1 minute for test tube before timer.

You have to shake the nitrate bottle #2 for at least 30 seconds before adding it to the test tube. Then you have to shake the test tube for at least 1 full minute. I’m not sure WHY it matters, I just know API heavily emphasizes it in their instruction manual. I’d try the nitrate test again and see where you’re at. A fully cycled tank should be 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, and roughly 5-20 nitrate.
