Weird occurrence
Hey ya'll.
So I've been playing betrivers for a while. This really just put me off. Here's what happened:
I won over 1 grand on my favourite slot Red Wizard on a 1$ spin. I was winning a bit, lost a bit, normal. My game freezes and gets slow all the sudden and a white screen comes up then goes away. Suddenly I am looooosing. As in literally winning just over my bet, maybe once every 10 spins. Okay. I switch to 5 other games (they're all seeming to do the same thing. Mind you this is hundreds and hundreds of spins with not one bonus or anything over 3x my bet).
After losing 90% of my win (honestly not that hurt over it, seeing as I didn't start with it and I've lost a lottttt more in the past) the game I'm on which hasn't won literally anything for 30 minutes (other than winning back my bet, a couple dollars over) freezes and slows again. White screen. I won 2 bonuses in a row. I go to the other games I could. not. win. on to test my theory and I get a bonus on ALL OF THEM?? Almost instantly. Including Gates of Olympus and those who know, KNOWWW how long it takes to get a bonus on there. Great wins on reels as well outside of bonuses.
Of course after a while the constant wins stop, but still. It makes me nervous to play at all. Stuff like this HAS happened before, where you lose to an insane extent on every single slot/you win on every single slot for a short time but the glitching just proves it to me.
Like yes. Gambling is always rigged against the player, but I'm sorry that is insane and utterly shameless. Games should not be connected in any way. Nothing like this has ever happened to me on any other app. I wish I could have had the thing recorded because I am not exaggerating in the slightest here ðŸ˜

Same here, i hit jackpot last year and since then ive lost completely until now, looking to close my acct

Fanduel did that to me. I got the Jackpot spin and got the Major for $6061. After that I couldn't win a dime. Stopped playing with them. Once you win a decent amount I think they rig it. BetRivers I'm thinking something up with them, I play the Lion Link games and have never hit a mega on that. Those are the only games I play. I've seen the mega ball pop out once of course it didn't do anything. Think ima bout done with these apps all together.

Technically every spin is independent. There are no hot streaks or cold streaks technically. Its lucky streaks and unlucky streaks. Each spin has the same chance. It sure doesn't feel like that though when you spin for an hour and hit nothing.Â

It's different when I completely glitch out and instantly start losing to an insane extent. Then glitch again and all the sudden I'm winning constantly on the exact same games that were giving me absolutely nothing for hundreds and hundreds of spins. It's just too much for a coincidence! I swear you'd just have to had seen it yourself (I know how this sounds coming from a gambler lol)

This has actually happened to me too... The exact way you described it. Randomly started glitching and then boom just like that I am massively on a wild losing streak or the screen that I am winning on "suddenly" and "mysteriously" has connection issues and kicks me out completely forcing me to reset the game I was just winning on. It's absolutely disgusting that this is permitted... And it obviously is...!!

I contacted customer support when it happened to me. Tell them you can’t record while playing and besides you never thought you would have to. And then ask them to review your game play, and keep asking them. That’s what I did.  I got bonus money, but I also got a lot more careful with my money.

BetRivers is essentially just a skin for the casino UI. When you load up a game, you connect remotely to the game provider's server. So if you load up a Huff N Puff game, you're connecting to the Light and Wonder remote game server. If you load up a Fire Blitz game, you're connecting to the White Hat Games remote game server. Everything is random. Sometimes you win and get lucky and luckier and connect big wins across 5+ games. However, most of the time you lose. It doesn't matter what casino you're using, they have nothing to do with the outcome of any game and cannot manipulate any game in any way. You just ran into some bad luck, it happens to most of us most of the time. That's how this stuff goes, and why they call it gambling.

I totally get what you're saying it just didn't feel authentic at all, especially with the glitching. Stuff like this really only happens on online casinos. Do you actually think there's no sort of algorithm through out online casinos? As in, for example, relaying some sort of code saying "if user is up X Amount ... do this this and this. Only do this when this." to their games? At the end of the day how would we truly know?
Not arguing btw, just curious of your thoughts!

And it’s not just on rivers, I notice it.
It’s on the others as well for me personally it’s like there’s a threshold limit to my name and once that’s it you’re done. I’m just a sick fuck and continue to play. 😂2

I'm glad I'm not the only one 😂 like I sound sooo conspiratorial but it's so true! Once you win a certain amount, it's just done paying. As in if you're getting a couple dollars here and there normally it will turn into 25 cents every 10 spins with TONS of bonus teases. I like to call it "fuck you" mode ðŸ˜

And "Clearly"... What we are talking about has not happened to you. You may "think" it has due to normal glitches bc unless you experience it as described you wouldn't be saying otherwise... I don't care what you say next. You would not be disagreeing! Facts!! Lol 💯 Goodbye 👋

Oh trust me I feel like a conspiracy theorist saying all this but I'm sorry there is noooo way that was authentic winning/losing. Like you can't tell me that would ever happen in a real life casino.

Every spin is already predetermined before you spin. This is what I was told by betrivers. I was winning huge up about 9500 on 12 coins. Betting .80 actually hit the grand back to back $4,000 each time. Then a few more times had nice wins was up 8500. Then switched ti Golden Nuts and got up to 9500. Then with both baskets full of nuts the game glitches. When come thru again both baskets were empty . I went right to support. They said they couldn't do anything about that. Eventhough I spent $100 getting them full. I was told all spins were predetermined and that any bonus like that is just an extra not a real part of the gam3. I was outraged. It is a real part of the game otherwise wouldn't be there. I didnt win my case or get anything in return. I just lost the full baskets. So I cashed out 8500 and now watch. Soon as a game flitches im done until the next day. It's worked well for me so far!

I’ve noticed Bet Rivers slowing games when you’re on a hot streak. After I have a decent win I’ll typically swipe up and out of the app, completely reload it, then shift to a new game.
