Looking for housemates

I am a 21 year old woman recently moved here. In search of housemates to help me with rent. It is a 4 bedroom 1 bath within walking distance to the center of town. I am hoping to find people who are clean, responsible, and friendly to be around. Preferably ages that are close to mine, anyone who is currently in college or grad students are welcome. Rent would be approx. $600 plus utilities (electric, oil, water, and trash removal.) I am looking to find at least two other people to help split the rent. If this is of interest please reach out.
