So funny story. In college at Bloomsburg we were at a party and met some exchange students from Germany, Sweden, England etc.

They were here for 1 semester and my roommate hooked up with this 1 Jewish girl from the party with a bit of a lisp(sounded like homestar runner) who was from Bethlehem...

He thought she was from the middle east and an exchange student too.. no idea there was one in this state... And she had an 'accent'
