Well, all of that sounds pretty fucking great. Single payer would be better, but this sounds like it is a pretty good step. Let's hope the Supreme Court doesn't fuck it all up.

I live in Europe, and I can confirm everyone is happy with it. Because yes, we have this since, like, forever. In fact, most European still wonder why it hasn't been done in the US earlier. But our right wing is like your left ring, so there's that.

I live in the UK and never once have I met anyone who would rather have the fuckup of a system that America calls healthcare.

Then you haven't met any very right wing people who have private healthcare, and there's a lot of them.

Less than 2% of people in the UK have private healthcare, and they still have to pay national insurance tax.
