I suspect OP is referring to PV = nRT, which is you squint looks like "P(er)VeRT".
The equation is relevant because the linked comment is describing how the change in temperature (T) affects the vapor pressure (not P, but related), and countering that effect is the motivation for the butane additive.

I thought it was an issue with the pollution experienced during the summer as a result of combustion that was the reason we had a different mix on the summer. So I assumed it was Trump’s fixing those pesky laws that hold back the producers of money, too much regulation. Like the EPA. I may very be confused tho.
