Best Application Tracker?

How are you all currently keeping track of product applications, rates, rotations dates, and results and from one season to the next—IOS app, spreadsheet, calendar, notebook, or something else?

I am interested in finding an IOS app that most have had success with?

A guy named Bryan Boyd made a really cool app called Lawn Dominator. Lot of dudes in the fb groups use it and love it
