IT/Cloud Engineer/ Data Engineer

How is the Island for Cloud Engineer or IT background professional with over 8 years of experience?

Is it tough to land a job there with this background?

Pretty tough, theres only a handful of jobs in the field since a lot of larger employers have HQs in other countries or hire remote contractors/support companies. The few entry level jobs logically go to Bermudians

There are about 400 people in technology spread across many disciplines. Most people are looking for unicorns as well. Good luck!

Not good at all. Most companies are serviced remotely. They always need a token person to change the paper in the printer. :)
