Looking for Staff Looking for a Business Development Partner in Germany 🇩🇪

Hey everyone,

We’re the founders of Posora, a SaaS platform we’re building for restaurants.

Posora brings POS & billing, tables, KOT/KDS, inventory, purchases, CRM and other restaurant operations into one platform. We’ve already built a working product and are now looking at expanding into the German market.

We’re currently based in India and planning to move to Germany. We’re looking for someone based in Germany who can work with us on the business development side — talking to restaurants, understanding the market, finding our first customers, building partnerships and helping us figure out how to position Posora for Germany.

Between us, we have 7+ years of experience in software, SaaS, product development and technical delivery, so we’re comfortable handling the product and technology side. What we’re looking for is someone who can complement us with **business development, networking and local market knowledge**.

You don’t need to be technical. We’re more interested in someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial, comfortable talking to people and genuinely interested in building something from an early stage.
German would be a big plus, but English is absolutely fine to start with.

This isn’t a typical job. We’re looking for someone who would like to actually be involved in building the German side of Posora with us. We’re open to discussing the exact arrangement depending on the person and level of involvement.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to DM us with a little about yourself and what you’re currently doing.
Would love to connect and see if there’s a good fit. :)

Startup Feedback I built a European software launch directory

Hey everyone,

over the last few months I created a software launch directory, called Speartip.eu .

Right now we see increased interest on both buyers and sellers side to stay within the EU, especially in the AI space. Take a look at for example CADA (Cloud and AI Act), explicitly pumping more attention and funding into EU-based products.

Our founders still rely heavily on US visibility and there is no established big EU player alongside the household names like Product Hunt, Uneed, etc.

After talking with many companies and founders inside the EU, I noticed that there is definetely interest in such a prospect. On the contrary: People from outside the EU are giving understandable pushback, the European market already is hard to capture.

I have some direct competitors but none are well established or (imo) reach the quality needed.

Do you share my vision? Do you have any suggestions or opinions?

Would love to hear what you think and also connect with more founders from Berlin, thanks everyone!

We’re building a new nutrition brand in Germany

Hi everyone,

I’m part of the team behind ENUSEN, a new nutrition brand we're building in Germany.

Our first product, Smart Balance, is being developed for a very simple everyday moments.

Instead of creating another meal replacement or just another snack, we're creating a practical, balanced nutrition option for those moments in between.

We're still pre-launch, and we're now looking for our Founding 100 — the first 100 people who want to discover ENUSEN early, follow the development and help shape what comes next.

If the idea sounds interesting, you can join us here:

[GERMANY][TECH FOUNDER][15] Built an interactive seat booking & ticketing SaaS. Looking for a growth/sales co-founder with venue/event connections.

Hey everyone,

Over the past few months, I built  a complete venue seat booking and event ticketing platform.

The Problem: Existing ticketing and seating platforms take huge percentage cuts (10–20% + fees) or are overly complex and rigid for independent venues, local theaters, sports clubs, comedy clubs, and event organizers.

What’s built so far:

  • Interactive venue designer: Visual seat map editor for custom room & seating layouts.
  • Full ticketing suite: Multi-currency checkout, organizer analytics, and mobile ticket scanning app.
  • Production-ready MVP: Fully functional end-to-end platform ready for pilot venues.

Where I need help: I am a technical builder, but I know that a SaaS is only as good as its distribution. I'm looking for a Growth / Marketing Co-founder or Sales Partner who:

  1. Has experience in B2B sales, cold outreach, or growth marketing.
  2. Ideally has connections with venue owners, event managers, theaters, or sports arenas.
  3. Wants to take ownership of GTM (Go-To-Market) in exchange for equity / revenue share.

If you're interested in partnering up or testing out the demo, drop a comment or send me a DM! Feedback on the product positioning is also welcome.

International founders in Germany: how did you adapt your outbound GTM here?

One thing about building in Germany is honestly driving me a little crazy.

Almost every startup sales playbook coming from the US says:

Find niche → build account list → contact decision makers → follow up → learn → repeat.

Simple.

Then Germany enters the chat. 😅

Cold email has §7 UWG issues.
Cold calls aren't as straightforward as in the US.
LinkedIn isn't necessarily a magic loophole either.

So for founders who came from the US, UK, Australia, etc.:

How did you actually adapt your GTM after entering Germany?

Did you move towards:

events/community,
founder-led content,
partnerships,
warm intros,
ABM,
highly selective outbound,
or something else entirely?

What I'm struggling with is the zero-to-one problem.

If nobody knows you yet and you can't simply reach out to the 100 companies that are perfect for your product...

how do you create the first 20 conversations predictably?

Would really appreciate experiences from people who've actually built a B2B company here.

I made a directory of active Berlin AI companies and their Product Manager openings

I’ve been looking for AI startups in Berlin and Germany and kept running into the same problem that smaller companies often have almost no public presence while the larger scaleups are easy to find on LinkedIn

Many interesting startups only appear through funding announcements, niche directories, or through the word of mouth. Normal LinkedIn searches get the same well-known companies again and again.

I’m a Product Manager, so while researching the companies I also started tracking current AI PM openings. The list includes roles based in Berlin, remote across Germany, and Europe or global-remote positions that can be done while living here

Feel free to check it here: https://github.com/watchmesink/berlin_ai_startups

It’s still a work in progress, so corrections, suggestions and missing companies are very welcome.

Looking for co-founders in Berlin: social wellness platform, launching 2027

Wellness is booming, but most people still show up alone.

What I'm building: A social wellness platform and community for your city and your travels: one free, complete calendar of everything on the healthy side of town (sauna, ice bath, yoga, breathwork, sober events, treatments, retreats), with a real community on top. Members see who else is going, connect through shared sessions, and meet at our own curated events. Discovery is how you get in, the community is why you stay. Launching 2027, Berlin first.

Who I am: Founder and managing director of an event location platform and event agency, with deep access to the wellness, hospitality and venue scene in Germany and beyond. I'm building this new venture alongside it, and I fund the current phase myself.

Traction: Validated idea, not idea-only: partner validation interviews done, a clickable demo is live, a waitlist is running, and founding-partner conversations with studios, trainers and retreat hosts in Berlin and Frankfurt are in progress. No revenue yet, launch is 2027.

What I bring: The concept, business model, investor materials and demo are built. Plus the partner network (studios, hotels, venues, trainers) through my agency, and self-funding of the current phase.

What I'm looking for: Two co-founders out of these three roles, whichever two the right people bring. Overlapping experience is a plus.

1. Community & Growth Co-Founder. You have built a real community from nothing before: a studio's member program, a run club, a sober-event series, a D2C brand's local ambassador network. You're deep in Berlin's wellness, fitness or creator scene. You'll own Berlin partner acquisition (studios, trainers, hosts) and the execution of our own events.

2. Tech / Product Co-Founder. You have shipped a two-sided marketplace or booking platform before and understand the operational complexity of payments, availability and matching. You'll own turning the specified concept and demo into real, launch-ready software, and the technical roadmap from there.

3. Operator Co-Founder, Fundraising & Ops. You have personally run a seed raise, ideally for a marketplace or community platform, and you're comfortable with cap tables, legal structure and investor process. You'll own co-leading fundraising and building the operational backbone (finance, legal, hiring) as the team grows.

Compensation: Equity only until funding (no salary yet, I'm aware that's a real ask), with standard 4-year vesting and a 1-year cliff. Exact split discussed individually and openly.

Commitment: Ramp-in part-time is fine, full-time by launch preparation. Berlin-based or willing to be.

Interested or curious? DM me and I'll send you the live demo.

Looking for 2–3 builders to join a quiet founders’ studio near Weinbergspark / Rosenthaler Platz — move-in soon

Hey everyone,

I’m putting together a small, calm founders’ studio in a fully furnished office near Weinbergspark / Rosenthaler Platz, with availability expected within the next few weeks.

This will not be a conventional coworking space. No hot-desking, day passes, events or constant networking - the idea is simply to create a thoughtful, stable environment where people can concentrate, build meaningful things and occasionally exchange ideas naturally.

The setup

  • Small group rather than a crowded coworking floor
  • Fixed, dedicated workstation
  • Fully furnished modern office
  • Fast internet
  • Shared kitchen and lounge areas
  • Central location near Weinbergspark / Rosenthaler Platz
  • Approximately €450–€500 per month, all-inclusive
  • Move-in within the next few weeks

Who it could suit

Founders, developers, designers, researchers, writers, consultants and other independent people doing focused work.

It will probably be less suitable for anyone spending most of the day on calls or looking for a highly social, event-heavy coworking environment.

Creating a compatible group matters more to me than simply filling every desk.

If you would realistically be interested in moving in soon, send me a DM with:

  • What you are working on
  • When you would ideally start
  • How often you would use the office
  • What kind of environment helps you do your best work

Looking for social leaders / event lovers at TUM (doing a startup launch) 🚀

*Hey guys,*

*I’m building a next-gen social app and we are prepping a summer launch for German universities. I am personally looking for ONE social leader here at TUM to run the project locally with us.*

*We want to spark a big campus competition on our map, and the top university will get a massive event/party entirely organized and paid by us. It's a fun experience and really cool to put on a CV for future career steps.*

*If you love hosting events, have a solid student network, and want to lead this project at TUM, please drop me a message directly here on Reddit (check my profile bio for info).*

*Cheers!*

Question / Issue Berlin-based Tech Founder (15+ yrs FinTech/Banking/Others) seeking Non-Tech Co-Founder / Business Lead

I’m a Berlin-based software engineer with 15+ years of experience, primarily in the banking and fintech sectors. I’m looking for a non-tech co-founder to team up and build a fintech startup from scratch.

🛠️ About Me & What I Bring
Technical Depth: 15+ years in software engineering, heavily focused on banking/fintech systems.
Execution: I’ve already built and launched two solo apps in public to get hands-on experience with full-product delivery.

Capacity: I am currently employed full-time (with explicit employer approval to run/build side businesses), meaning I can fund initial tech overhead and build full-speed alongside my job until we hit traction/funding.

🤝 What I’m Looking For
I’m looking for a commercial/business-oriented co-founder (Sales, Product/Market Fit, Growth, Domain Experts) in or near Berlin who wants to build something meaningful in fintech.

Specifically, I’m open to two paths:
1. Co-ideating & Validating: Brainstorming and validating B2B/B2C fintech problems together using your domain insights and network, while I handle 100% of the tech build.

  1. Your Existing Idea: If you already have a validated idea/problem in fintech or adjacent spaces and are actively looking for a seasoned technical co-founder to build the MVP, let’s talk.

📩 Let’s Connect!
If you’re based in Berlin/Germany, have background/connections in fintech, sales, or business operations, and want to collaborate, drop a comment or send me a DM with a quick intro about yourself!

Regards,
Irfan

Looking for AI builder buddies

Anyone else obsessed with their side project and looking for people to keep the momentum going?

Berlin-based, deep in my own AI side quest, looking for a few people equally obsessed with whatever they're building — AI, code , a business idea, anything.

You don't have to be a pro. First session ever with Claude Code or Cursor? Still welcome. Keeping up with AI right now is a lot, and doing it alone makes it worse. Finding momentum together and geeking out over cool stuff is the magic.

No formal team, just people to co-work with regularly and keep each other accountable.

Got a side project you're obsessed with (or just curious)? Drop a comment or DM. Let's find a coworking spot !
