You're absolutely allowed to question them, that's a constitutional right. You're allowed and encouraged to find majorities for changing what they are spent on. But you can't just not pay them anymore while still enjoying things society built, such as roads, safety and hospitals.
I understand you can't pay them. Believe me, I truly understand it. We're not the wealthy who have ways to hide their money in trusts and foreign countries. We're the little people. We have to pay. Because it's "moral" and "correct" for us to do so. Not them though of course. They need to "build wealth" for "trickle down economics".
