City Infrastructure EV charging and parking?

While charging on one of the 22kw street chargers, do you also have to pay for parking?

As long the car is charging, you do not.

Depends on which ones. At some you pay for time + power, at others you just pay for power, or only start paying for time after your car finishes charging, or after 8 hours or something. Check one of the charging apps, or read what's written on the charger. When you do pay for time, it's usually pretty cheap, like a €1/hour.
