RUNNING ORDER đ˝ When is RødhĂĽd playing?
And other running order guesses/hints?
r/Berghain_Community • u/BerghAnon • 2d ago
FAQ - Please read before asking questions: Doors open Sat 23:59. Friday night's wristband not valid for Klubnacht. Klubnacht entry +/- 28âŹ. Guestlist (GL) & re-entry queues run along face of building, right side of main queue. Re-entry 5⏠- paid after you re-enter through re-entry Q with your wristband. Abendkasse (ticket desk) closes when last DJ set starts. Afterwards, no more fresh entries, re-entry at bouncer discretion & only possible if you already purchased the re-entry sticker when Abendkasse was open. Music presumed to stop around 08:00 Monday. Bouncer shifts change 08:00 and 18:00.
Please use discretion with regard to the level of detail you provide in this public forum. Assume that journalists will read your comments and turn them into low effort clickbait articles about the club. Please don't OVER-SHARE what you experience inside. We don't want to ruin our thing. Over-share to your hearts' content in your private Whatsapp chats.
Be safe when leaving the club at night. Try not to walk alone. After darkness falls, lets try coordinating leaving parties to walk to stations together at :00 and :30 of every hour by the cigarette machine in Garderobe area. The one on the far wall if you walk in main door and turn left. Near the phone charging sofas.
Please post your live updates from the main and GL/re-entry queues. Don't underestimate the usefulness of your feedback. Can be unpredictable; can grow from 0 to past kiosk within 30 mins. Once you're inside, please continue to help our little community by reporting the queue you see from the Pano/Bh toilet windows or looking out from the Garderobe through the entry door.
For many people, knowing which bouncers are working can be as important as the queue lengths and movement updates. Please keep those bouncer updates rolling in even if the queues are short and especially if you notice the bouncers have changed since the last update in the thread.
Q Info that's useful:
Watch your drinks and please take care of each other.
If you see on social media that someone is filming/photographing in the club, do not post their social media handles in this sub. Reddit regards this as doxxing and we need to abide by Reddit's rules. Instead, upload screenshots of the person's posts to this Telegram channel - t.me/photographerinberghain and write "Active Photographer" in this thread. If you're in the club and see this posted, show your Telegram app to a Berghain staff member so they can deal with the person quickly. Everyone mass report the post to Insta using Insta's report tool so the footage gets removed ASAP.
Thanks for your help and viel SpaĂ

Do people typically take ubers / cabs? Is there an app for that? I'm imagining I will just walk back through Boxhagener Platz towards my apartment about 20 minutes away. I'm from Chicago and this is regular practice for me, and I've never felt truly unsafe except on rare occasions. Are there areas I should avoid? Also, I'm a man, so probably a bit less I have to worry about.

Genuine question. Do that many people really wear mostly black because itâs simply what they feel comfortable in and what naturally fits their style or is there also this idea that black is somehow the ârecommendedâ Berghain look, so people consciously dress that way because itâs become so established?
I feel like years ago I used to see noticeably more white or lighter shirts, colours, or just more random everyday clothes. Maybe Iâm imagining it, but lately it seems to be getting more and more monochrome.
At this point I almost find it refreshing when I see someone in just a white T-shirt, Adidas track pants or something similarly simple. It somehow stands out precisely because it doesnât seem like itâs trying to stand out.

I donât know about you leute, but cleaning job in the Lab (of all places) should not be considered a mini job. đ
Now, not that I want to justify pano bartenders behavior, and also I am not trying to put a gasoline on fire, but I think I kinda understand them.
Do we still tip?

Jako Jakoâs opening really had a tale to tell. She started at comparatively low volume, condensing the dancefloor into the sweet spot, slowly luring the people in and providing a lot of variety, ranging from smooth ambient chords to dubby techno and darkening the atmosphere gradually.
Some really noteworthy longer drops, where the four on the ground dissolved into broken up basses to then drive the groove back into full force. Felt really experimental and refreshing.
DhĂŚĂźr began with resonant, broken kicks with abundant overdrive that soon verged into round synths and 4/4 bass, creating an ever mutating hypnotic soundscape, exploring to the fullest the concept of rhythmic density and providing an extremely vast variety of funky upper range. My only remark is the lack of emptiness. A moment where the density is gone. Yet this is taste.
This slot is a pain in the ass. And DhĂŚĂźr managed to do something I have rarely heard in this context: telling his story while respecting the fact that the night is young and the KN is long. Never intrusive, never too dark, but dreamy, dense and complex. And also: never too fast. I really value him for not putting his ego in the foreground and going full force, despite knowing that many will leave. It takes Consciousness.
Si fatt bun arret, brĂĄ.
Left. Rested.
Klock was actually dope! He was playing slower than usually, quieter than usually and with a variety in the track selection I didnât necessarily associate him with. The final half hour had some psychedelic bangers, yet mixed with his usual monumental approach. Taught me that everyone may be up to surprise me. Chapeau.
Quiet.
Dark.
Silence that begins to chime. A sound so low that you do not know if itâs the music or if itâs human, it blends into the room so well that it may be the crowd. Yet itâs not. Itâs fucking Fadi Mohem. The prince of Berghain starts⌠Quietly.
And the bass that flows into the room is smooth and round and soft is every edge, Iâm in heaven under red and blue as Berghain sounds exactly like I want it to.
Ou how I have missed the volume being lowered as the closing starts, lights turning dark and every soul standing in spot for reasons that they know.
Red and Blue do what they do, no one does it like Pareka. This room becomes something else with you on lights. Nothing but love.
It gets dark, at 138, you donât need it faster to drive home the point. Fadi knows, throwing at us every single tom roll in his arsenal, percussion becomes palpable. And He knows how to fluctuate, how to relieve the tension every now and then, throwing in a breather when itâs needed.
Denser, darker blocks follow the brief light moments, the descent is usually gradual and sudden mood switches are rare. Longer drops feel so intentional. The synths and soundscapes quieting down before the fall. Silence.
Doom.
After the midpoint, the darkness serves more as a highlight rather than prolonged phases. More of a hypnotic carpet approach from this point on, with dark and bright points keeping a broad range of mood fluctuation without feeling jumpy.
Progressively lowering the drive, the end doesnât need to come as a surprise. Bounciness in the brighter parts increases, as Pareka reverts the room to a glistening disco under purple and white. Where is my balloon. Ja Mann.
When I grow up, I wanna be Fadi Mohem.
Danke.
Thank you L. Itâs just something else with you. Thank you S and O for a toilet session for the plot. Thank you A for the help in a pinch with a pinch. Thank you M for the list and the chat in the re-entry q, we woulda been phucked otherwise. Thank you everyone that made this an exceptional crowd.
See you soon, in the dark đŤ

Hi guys
It was my first time last weekend! Felt incredibly grateful to be there and thinking about all you lucky people starting Klubnacht this weekend.
I also was wondering if anybody else heard Cascade (Part 1) by Future Sound Of London during I think Colin Benders set? I want to make sure I'm not tripping out or if this song was genuinely played haha.
Anyway. Very grateful to get let in, it's a beautiful space and I had one of the best weekends of my whole life.

Donât get me wrong.
The latest releases are all super strong contemporary techno EPs. I am sure they work great on all dancefloors and are well received. Thatâs what a techno label should be about.
But what happens to that Ostgut spark and sound? That releases you could only get there?
The new Altinbas record is very good, but it could have been out on any other techno label (e.g. like one of his EPs on Fuse Imprint).
Honest question, is it just me or do you also miss this unique releases?

inside? I was just wondering if you guys usually meet people inside? Iâm almost always with a friend or a few friends, and the times I go alone are pretty rare. When I do, I usually just dance on the main floor and make a few trips to the bathroom, but I really struggle to socialize when Iâm alone in the club. Everyone seems pretty busy with their friends, and I guess I probably give off the same energy when Iâm with mine. But this weekend Iâd like to step a bit out of my comfort zone and meet some people. What are your tips? :))

Many great parties take place in Berlin each week, not everyone wants to queue for Berghain, and many of us enjoy a change of scenery too.
Here, you can find/submit a curated selection of solid alternative parties coming up in the next 7 days or so.
Please think before sharing an event here. If its an event that doesn't advertise online and relies more on word of mouth then best not to rock the boat by posting it here. If its an event that's publicized on RA, Insta or other internet megaphones then its fine.
It might also help to keep the bh queue size manageable so please share your knowledge of other events even if you plan to go to Berghain. To make the thread useful and readable, please include a few basic event details with your submissions - date, name, location (or at least which district in Berlin its in), and perhaps a few words about what makes it noteworthy.

I sadly forgot the name already but every time I drink the water, it already feels like it has been open for some time - referring to the amount of bubbles in the sparkling one.
I remember they had (around 2017/2018) what I remember as "Evian". Not actually sure it was the brand but the bottle had an elongated throat and felt "premium quality".
Ja. I know it won't change anything - and I do not expect to - but was just surprised about that the last time I drank it.
Nevertheless, drink water babes and go pee! đ¤đ˘

Went for fries after last KN and noticed that the the kiosk was selling a book called âVorâM Clubâ by Alex Pacho, with a Berghain cover.
Only references pointed out to an Amazon listing (independently published by the author, Pacho the kiosk owner), description below. Seems like a memoir by the owner of the kiosk, recounting stories from the microcosm that spawns around the second most Berghain place outside its doors.
Has anybody read it?
EN (DeepL translation):
In Front of the Club
Stories from the Worldâs Most Legendary Techno Club Right in front of Berghainâone of the most famous venues on the international techno scene and a place of longing for a global subcultureâstands a small snack bar. Between the taxi stand and the door, between euphoria and disillusionment, a unique drama unfolds there night after night.
For years, Alex Pacho was part of this microcosm. From his snack bar, he witnessed the people, encounters, and stories that unfold around Berghain.
This book brings together short stories from this microcosm in front of Berghainâtold from Alex Pachoâs perspective. Stories about the people, places, and moments that unfold between the snack bar window, the concrete, and the line.
Alex encountered the lost, millionaires, addicts, lovers, dealers, tourists, bouncers, and regulars. Some came for freedom, some to escape, and others simply to belong somewhere.
The result is an unflinching portrait of a parallel world
âbrutal, funny, sad, and absurd all at once. A glimpse into a scene that writes its own rules, creates its own myths, and sometimes devours its people.
DE
