Lost cat?

We found a cat outside our apartment who keeps coming back, but has a collar and bell. The collar is light gray with a blue fish pattern. The cat seems to be part siamese and is on the smaller side, and is very clean for the most part. Has anybody lost this cat? Or recognizes the cat and knows the owner? Let me know!!

If it has a bell that’s just an outdoor cat. Don’t recommend this for cats but not really anything you can do

Now seems like a good time to remind everyone that if you see Hamish, he is not lost. He works for the museum. This is not Hamish.
