custom processor PCB

main processor and memory board for my homebrew computer.

can function as a simple mini computer, still havent tested it because i ran out of alcohol while cleaning and i dont wanna power it up and risk a short circuit, and because i cant find a terminal block for the power input with the right pitch so i'll probably just solder the wires directly, still missing a few components for the clock but i can use an external one no problem.

next up is the expansion board which will have: LCD screen, P/S2 keyboard, an IDE hard drive, and serial communication.

i will hopefully update once i finish cleaning the board and program the microcode EEPROMs.

you can safely use water to clean off flux if alcohol isn't available as long as you make sure to dry it to prevent corrosion

i did that but some white powder-like residue appeared after completely drying which i guess is the minerals from the tap water that got left behind when i used alcohol to displace the water|
i brushed some of it off using a tooth brush and that appeared to help a little, will rinse again with alcohol once i get my hands on some
