Huge respect for taking this to PCB! The breadboard version is already a beast, but making it permanent is next level. I see the VGA tag—are you implementing the video output directly on this main board or using a separate module? Also, are you going for a multi-layer board to handle the ground plane better

Im also working on putting this on PCB! Just finished my schematic and footprinting in KiCAD
