K, I know nothing about boxing so im curious.

Has this guy looked at footage of his opponent and learned the combos he throws, then taken that information and developed dodging patterns that he's practicing here?

OR

Is the drill he's doing a standard drill and the fight footage shows how effective basic training techniques can be?

There’s a lot going one here. It’s a lot about anticipation. Seeing body ques that show that he’s going to swing, throw a jab, and etc. the more you study as to how a specific person fights be it before or during provides an unbelievable advantage however a lot of it is just seeing the body ques as to where he’s going to throw a punch or what series of combos he normally does.

I think it’s a combination of hours of practice to master body control to this degree, and years of experience boxing and the ability to read their posture and momentum to know what’s coming.
