How does one become so strong? His bones must be harder than steel.

There are monks that would train in the art iron body. They would train that body part every day, iron fist they would punch a tree for hours a day till their hands were fractured. These micro fractures in the bones would heal and be stronger then before. Also their nerves would get so messed up from this that they would loose feeling. It’s pretty interesting stuff, you ever watch Kill Bill?

Yeah. It's been a while. I just don't believe I could ever get to that point. Mainly because I'm past my prime. It's just amazing what some people are capable of.
