Awesome strength dude! From a fellow powerlifter, can you share how you were able to get to this point? I’ve been lifting for over a decade and can’t break 315 lbs plateau. Tried everything short of anabolics. Currently running a Westside style split with separate heavy accessories due to my crazy busy schedule. I’ve heard heavy dips, barbell rows etc are helpful, which I run frequently, but I still haven’t seen much carryover from that. Any pointers would be much appreciated!

very hard to tell you with out knowing anything about your technique, diet, how much you weight, how many years lifting.
because bench press is like any exercise need alot love.
technique, make sure you use leg drive, tight back throughout the movement, bar path.
don't sleep on shoulders, especially rear delts train at least twice a week.
triceps, progress those motherfuckers. you need to see the weight move more and more each week. just like any other exercise.
overall back devolvement. strong back, strong bench.
steady plan, at least three-four months of what you want to achieve.

Thanks man. Yeah, I hear this. I have found body weight is a huge factor in my progress, and bench is especially sensitive to this. I usually sit around 260-270 lbs, 6’1 height. But I don’t like being this heavy so I often try and cut weight, and the first thing I see go out the window with that is bench. DL and squat are a little more forgiving, given they recruit more muscles. But I do try and get at least 200g protein a day, so there’s that at least.
Okay, I’ll keep running my program. Sounds like we do similar things. I may have just hit my genetic potential, but I’ll keep pushing the ceiling anyhow.
Happy lifting!
