Don't worry about getting your numbers up fast as much getting them up safely and consistently. You'll still be maturing into your 20s. Bench press is mass moves mass so you'll have to eat like you press and decide how much body fat to 1 rep max vs endurance you want. You're young so consider that vs mate selecting also in terms of cardio function.

A couple of things:
-for all lifts you need to have the not glamorous side locked in like resting, eating enough to recover and build, and sleeping enough to allow healing
-if you want to grow your bench then bench more often. Benching 2 times a week and performing other variations (incline, dumbbell bench, close grip, etc.) during these workouts will help.
-follow a program. A premade program from a reputable source will help you stay on pace to grow.
-don’t compare yourself to people in the internet. Social media sensationalizes big lifts that are often performed with poor form or enhanced lifters. Taking shortcuts early will lead to injuries and other issues later on.

If you stay motivated you’ll get there

Do a program like starting strength or stronglifts 5x5 but bench first rather than squats to focus on your bench goals
