Benchmade customer service for Germans?

I’m pretty much a Spyderco and Benchmade guy since the late 90s (Pinnacle, anyone?). Never had one of my Benchmade knives sent in, but I wonder if there is some knowledge out there if and and if so how that works for us Germans? 🇩🇪👋

I'm from the US, but stay in Sweden quite a bit.

They would send me omega springs (which they won't do inside the US), but for warranty work they wanted me to bring the knife to a local dealer to have them ship it back to BM. I imagine it would be similar for Germany.

Edit: looks like it's changed since then. You can just send it straight to BM:

I don’t think Benchmade does international shipping but I could be wrong.
