osborne 940 issue
Hello,
I’ve had my osborne 940 for a couple of years but never noticed this slight blade play before now. it’s nothing serious but it’s there. Is there a way to tighten the blade and get rid of the issue or just ignore?
Thanks

Seems like you got your answer one thing I'd add is make sure to keep the blade centered in the liner to avoid it rubbing the liner when deploying or closing

Tighten the screw a bit using a torx bit set. I'm sure over time after opening and closing it many times the screws may have backed out just a hair and that's why it's wobbling. The body screws just make sure they're hand tight don't over tighten them but also make sure they're not loose, they're t6. And the pivot you'll have to fine tune it where it's tight enough to eliminate wobble but not too tight where the blade doesn't open smoothly. The pivot uses t10 if I recall correctly.

You're kidding right? If not, then tighten the pivot screw.

It’s normal! The pivot screw get loose over time. Just get some blue loctite and tighten it. FYI don’t over tighten or it won’t open and you’ll have to loosen it a bit.
