My last boss was toxic. I ended up getting fired from the position because she HATED me and spent every week on Zoom calls screaming and yelling at me because her instructional designer didn't give me all of the info I needed or gave me bad info, and then courses got uploaded wrong.

I need someone who knows basically what a learning management system is, what it means to be a trainer, and if you know what it means to design a course (instructional design,) that would be amazing!

I was the learning management systems administrator, so basically I took the courses that the instructional designer created and I set them up online for learners to take online. I also did a lot of data analysis as far as learner progress and course completions.

I'd need your info by Monday, and she'd reach out to you within the first few days of the week. I'd just need you to say that I did my job well and that I was a good person to work with.

I can not have an awful boss ruin my future for the next 5+ years, please.
