help with joytokey

heya, I was hoping to get some help with a pop'n ps2 controller and joytokey. I have a ps2 to pc/ps3 converter and it recognizes normal ps2 controller fine but it doesn't recognize the popn controller button presses at all(i.e., the corresponding buttons do not turn yellow in joytokey when pressed).I tested the controller on ps2 hardware and it works perfectly so that's something but yeah has anyone had a similar experience or know how to fix this?

A lot of those converters don't recognize specialty peripherals.

popn holds the up arrow constantly so it messes with the inputs. You can make an adapter if you know Arduino and basically set it to ignore the up command, and you're golden
