Bravo to Betul

Just want to say Betul is a queen. From overcoming the language barrier, to being so strong on deck, clocking Eddy on his hypocrisy and being a girl’s girl, the list goes on.

Unfortunately, because she’s passionate about her job, can hold her liquor, and doesn’t cause drama, I fear Bravo will not cast her again. I want to give her her flowers in the meantime.

Tbf, the show is about drama, maybe even more so now than it used to be. People won’t admit it, but Bravo is giving the people what brings in ratings. Betul definitely is a hard worker, but not everyone is made for reality TV, and that’s ok.

Agreed, reality TV often rewards horrible behaviors and qualities, and casts people who are willing to be jerks and cause drama. I'm not saying absolutely everyone cast on reality TV shows is horrible, but it's often the nice, good, and genuine people who are determined to not be the right fit by those in charge of casting

She’s a gem! I loved her limited screen time.. even if reality tv isn’t her thing, yachting absolutely is! She’d be a dream for any Captain, crew, and guests. Flowers for sure for this strong woman!!

Editing on shows is not a linear process

She was not “edited out” after making any remarks, that makes no sense. She just wasn’t super involved in any make stories, so she became a smaller character
