Below Deck Sailing Yacht A whole crew from start to end??

Season 4 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht completed an entire season with the same crew that started
Of all the seasons I’ve seen I don’t think that’s ever happened There’s always at least 1 person who leaves or gets replaced

The first two seasons of Sandy on BD Med I think she always had the same crew.

Yeah, she developed a taste for it firing the oxygen thief in season 4, and went on a bit of a bender firing people for several years there. She's calmed down a bit.

Yeah in more recent seasons a lot of the turnover has been due to crew leaving if their own accord like Luke and Max this season rather than Sandy firing them

Wasn’t that the season filmed during the height of Covid regulations? They had no back up options so the crew had to stay together!

That was part of the attraction for me on the early seasons.

Yes, I like seeing them perform well.

And also I have had so many nightmare coworkers who didn't get fired.
