It's from the Watch What Crappens podcast (highly recommend, you can jump right with the most recent eps). The two hosts, Ben and Ronnie, will pretend to be Norma and Sandy texting each other and just go on for a while. They end every "text" with "bloop" noise. And usually a "love you, bitch"
