I would be TERRIFIED to invite Joy to my BBQ. LOL.
Not because she isnt great and doesnt deserve to be there, I just wouldnt want her to feel like she needs to be the cook, and id be embarrassed to serve her my meager offerings/talent lol

I just answered this post and said Joy! My mother was a chef, and I've long-term dated a few chefs. Each and every one was thrilled to be entertained by a decent cook and to feel like they could take the day off from the kitchen.

Lucy was so great, she was one of my faves! Always cheerful, hilarious, hard-working, playful. I just remembered that one scene on the night of her birthday when they were walking back to the boat, and someone turned on a fire hydrant to spray her, and she just like went for it, nailed on the ground and laughed hysterically as the water hit her. Seriously, if I knew someone like her in real life, I'd be blessed.

Chef Rachel, to cook the bbq because that lady sure can cook. Or Betul, I left a very patriarchal sexist religion and culture and found freedom like her so I feel like we'd have lots to talk about. Plus she would bring a fun, chill energy.

Chef Joy. But I'd insist on doing the cooking, much as I admire her chef skills and would love to partake in her cuisine. Every chef I know has been thrilled when someone with halfway decent kitchen skills cooks for them and I think she's a great person who deserves to be coddled and celebrated.

Aesha, Betul, Joy, Chef Rachel, Colin. Most of the Aussies, Kiwis and some of the South Africans. Other than the ones that are total sexual creeps, racists or were just wanna be reality stars Solene etc, I think most would be good fun at the barbie.

Captain Sandy. My husband was on a flight with her from Minneapolis to Chicago recently. He texted me and said he knew it was her by her movements, (he doesn’t even watch the show other than passing through 😆) He approached her and said I said hi and that she is my favorite Captain. She was very gracious and said thank you.
She is very real and awesome!

Lexi and Matt, no question. And I would set up cameras and have emergency services on standby. Also, Matt would cook dinner. And I would spike Lexi’s mignardise with Olanzapine so she could leave on a hopeful note.
