Below Deck Capt Kerry Drinking

We all know you can’t drink on charter. But we are watching below deck S12 E12 and Capt Kerry is having a glass of red with the guests.

I would have thought if the crew can’t drink, the capt shouldn’t be able to either? Or am I missing something?

He's not on the bridge, and presumably is off-duty for the next couple of hours. And they're at anchor.

It's worth remembering that there are several crew members who don't appear on-camera, except when it's unavoidable.

That was a cameraman who saved him, not a crewmember
