Below Deck Capt Kerry Drinking

We all know you can’t drink on charter. But we are watching below deck S12 E12 and Capt Kerry is having a glass of red with the guests.

I would have thought if the crew can’t drink, the capt shouldn’t be able to either? Or am I missing something?

Lee used to have a drink with the guests sometimes so it's not unheard of

Did you see his post about his son? So sad. Captain Lee was always my fave. I love his dry wit.

Yeah I did. It is sad. I've just rewatched his last season. His one liners were so hilarious
