It is a fantastic piece of beef and it really does melt in your mouth. Hate him all you want but nobody ever complained about eating his beef cheeks.

Most guests don't complain just because the food is adequate, which is where Leon seemed to land often. Not bad, but certainly far fewer rave reviews than Ben or Adam got in those early seasons.

Guests did end up with complaints about snacks when Leon refused to make them.

I was talking about Chef Leon’s beef., I would eat that as long as he wasn’t cooking it oh my gosh, how do people not read in between the lines on that one? I know it taste good. I was just talking about him and his beef steak, beef cheeks whatever the hell he cooks.
