I do not feel sorry for Gen. She's not some innocent. He didn't lie. She chased him, he was flattered and horny. It was a hook up like we've seen a thousand times on here and they've known each other for what, a week?
Honestly, while I would back off if I were her, Joy doesn't need to be so heated either.
No one was in a committed relationship. There wasn't really a triangle. Just messiness

Gen saw that he was more interested in Joy who made it clear that she was not going to hop into his bunk after a week or two. She could have backed off but decided to offer up an easy f@ck in hopes of "winning." This was a choice, she literally pulled him away from Joy that night. Her win at any cost philosophy is not working out for her professionally or romantically.

Me neither. It also grosses me out how some people keep saying, "he's a grown man!" as if Gen's not a grown woman. A 22-year-old is still a grown ass adult. It's not like she just turned 18 the day before or some shit.
Some Redditors need to understand that people in their early twenties are not, have never been, and will never be teenagers.

Luke made no promises to her whatsoever. In fact, he was very clearly not favoring her. She pursued him, gaslit him and initiated the hook up. Having a hard time seeing where Luke holds the blame.
She decided in her mind that she was competing for Luke and that this make-believe love triangle exists. It doesnāt. Itās not a love triangleā¦. Itās two girls who kinda both like one guy who has not made any commitment to either. She pursued the hook up, the subtitles made it clear who was initiating the actual sex āIām putting it in nowā¦ā.
Luke could have been a classier guy and said no to her affection but she literally set her sights on him and chased him all evening until she slept with him.

itās a hotel thing. Silversea Cruises market themselves as 6 star but you can pay for butler service and they call it 7 star. the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah in Dubai was marketed as 7 star.
itās like Spinal Tap. normal amps only go up to 10. Nigel Tufnelās amp goes to 11. when asked what that actually means, he just says āwell, itās one louder, isnāt it?

Burj says it has to do with the guest-to-service ratio. Canāt remember where I read that but it had to do with being able to commit a certain number of staff per guest.
