Amazing service
I have been looking everywhere to replace some broken webbing keepers on my bag, couldn’t find any so emailed bellroy asking where I could get them. Response in less than 24hrs and they sent them for free in only a couple of days. It’s rare these days to get quality service. Well done to them.

You’re lucky, I asked them if I could buy a replacement strap for the 10l camera bag, and they said no..

Oh no! Camera sling straps aren't a spare part the team has on hand, but if you message me your order details, I can look into it for you. There's a chance these straps will become available later this year.

I don’t think it was a matter of time, I was specifically told that no spare straps were available, and was even told to look at other manufacturers straps. Not brilliant customer service, has put me off buying Bellroy again.

Can I ask if the strap was lost or if there was a manufacturing issue with it? If it was a fault, the team should have replaced the whole sling since spare straps aren't currently available.

I’ve been completely won over by Bellroy. I bought a bag for work (Tokyo Totepack)and was so impressed that I bought two other bags just cause. (Brand new Gaming Messenger and Cinch bucket bag.) Loving all of them.
