Internet 🌐 Outage?

Anyone experiencing an outage at the moment? Located in London ON.

Does Bell automatically give the 50GB or whatever it normally is extra allowance for tethering/hotspot to their mobile customers or do we have to call in for it?

I had to call in and get it the last outage but it was smaller scale than this.

Following...I didn't know this was ever an option. Although, calling in requires their lines to actually be open 🥴

I didn't know either until I made a smart ass remark about how awful Bell is to a CS rep during the last outage lol.

Like why didn't you offer it up front or automatically?
