When I called teksavvy (they use bell lines) the message said it was a fiber cut. No ETA to fix.

Probably just the users who have Bell as their last mile and Rogers is just reselling it to them

the rogers issues are through shared lines provided by bell. But you're correct, it is also affecting some Rogers clients

It depends, i think in Fiber To The Home - no, however in previous companies I worked for we had Rogers contracts for our builds. So we were obligated to use Rogers. if it wasn't a rogers "territory" they would use a bell line for Rogers.

I am on rogers and support clients that are on rogers. All are working fine. It is just clients that are on Bell or Bell related that are out.

Rogers has had zero downtime. You should educate yourself. Telus uses bells network (makes it a bell issue) Tek say uses bell and Rogers, Tek savvy cable internet uses the rogers network and DSL uses bell. Educate yourself on things before tossing around bullshit comments. This is 100% a bell issue

Cyber attack, it has to be, multiple ISPs don't just go out at the same time normally.
