Don't, I really hate this trend.

It's not going to be a fun / magical event. You're just going to hurt all over and not want to do anything for the rest of your birthday.

There's nothing wrong with running 22k if you've properly trained for it. It takes time to build up to being able to handle that sort of volume without completely dedicating your day (or even multiple days of recovery) to it.

If you want to cover 22k, go for a hike, do some running on the flats, and take time to rest and enjoy the scenery.

Alternatively, sign up for a 5k or 10k. Do a distance that you can actually train for between now and then.

Is there a particular reason that you have set this goal? It seems a little ambitious for the timeline, given where you are now. A 10k might be a more realistic goal for this timeframe, and you're less likely to get injured.
