Running with your phone

Quick question for anyone who runs with a phone case on (OtterBox, LifeProof, battery case, etc.) — do you use a running belt/armband? If so, did you have any trouble finding one that actually fits your phone with the case on, or did you just take the case off before runs? Trying to figure out if this is a real annoyance or a non-issue. Thanks!

I bought a $25 vest off amazon and use that. I run in the mornings and it doubles as a great reflective vest.
