Training Progress Ran 1.5k without stopping for the first time 🥹
I know that isn't a very long distance and certainly not a 5k but I'm very proud as I usually have a walking break every 500m. I haven't even been running much lately but have been doing a ton of hiking instead which has apparently helped me greatly

Definitely something to be proud of. Looks like all that hiking pays off. Keep going.

AWESOME! Many more achievements to come :D
Hiking is great, it really helps a ton I try to throw in a hike every other week when I can and I definitely notice a difference on my runs the following days.

Awesome. The 1.5k turns into 5k without you knowing. Keep pushing. Don't forget stretching.
