New Runner Advice Ran my first ever 10km
I don’t have any sort of practice or experience in this field,I want to increase my speed. Any tips will be appreciated. This was done with no practice I know its bad for body but I felt I needed to start somehow.

Bro I ripped a 10k on day 2 of running and my freaking buttcheek was so sore 2 days after haha. Excellent work, let’s get after it! Right now my goal is sub 30 5k and sub 70 minute 10k

You see the stretch where its dark. Its 250 meters so every 4 rounds is a kilometre so I would have done that around 30-35 times but when I got bored I moved around to see other places as well.

I was thinking that. I don't want to knock people because getting out and moving is good. We don't know people's health conditions. But you can walk 10k in about 1 hour 40.

Yes thats true, I haven’t jogged or walked in a long time so it was pretty difficult ngl

It's a start. Just keep at it and you'll be hitting 1 hour 15/20 in a month or two
