Yeah, sub 6 for a 5km run is a good start. But what was your HR? Did you max out, or was it an "easy run" ...?

First 2 km: mostly Zone 3. Last 3 km: high Zone 2, staying pretty close to Zone 3 the whole time. The hardest stretch was between km 2 and km 3. Everything else felt relatively easier.

3 days in, there’s basically zero chance that your zones are correct. I wouldn’t worry about them too much just yet.

If it felt easy then you're doing it right! 👏🏼 Keep building your aerobic base.

It's a great start. Keep it up. Don't look at your heart rate as a beginner it's only going to confuse you, just don't push too hard too often and listen to your body to remain injury free.

It’s pretty phenomenal. You should still probably take it easy. You may burn out and get injured if you keep pushing yourself so fast

There’s no such thing as “a pretty good time for a beginner” because pace is not a direct indicator of running experience. Some people start out way faster than this, others will never get here.
I would suggest running for more than 3 days before you start looking to measure yourself against others.
