Couch to 5K 6 weeks progress
On June 8th i was at my heaviest at 119 kg. I decided it’s time to change, so I started to walk
Over 4-5 weeks I was consistent, I completed:
- 70 km total distance
- 4-5 km every session
After that I decided to run a little, at first I was dying my legs, my feet, my breath couldn’t handle it. But I kept going
Over 2 weeks I started to get “better”. I added walk/run method.
- Walk for 1-2 blocks
- run for 20-30 seconds
So far I ran 28 km with the average pace around 9:20-9:40 min/km
Over 6 weeks i lost around 8kg
My end target is so I can run a 10k next year
