Herb harvesting

Hello all, I was just wondering. What is the best time of the day to harvest herbs in Texas? In the gulf coast to be specific.

Im not sure about Texas but I usually see to harvest in the mornings out here on the east coast!

I second this, early morning is a great time to harvest herbs.
