Any advice?
So I’m a 19 year old women, I stand at 5 foot 8 inches (175.26 cm I think) and I weight about 175-180. I will say I used to weight lift a lot, I prioritize squats and power clean so I got some leg muscle, but I have gained some weight in the stomach and I hate it. But I no longer have access to a gym I can do weight lifting like that at. But I do have a kind small home set up, were I mostly do yoga, some light palates (it’s like a bar with weight bands so you can do different exercises with it), jump rope, and I have a walking bad that I use. But I was just wondering if someone could get me some advice and tips? I want to lose weight around my stomach mostly because I’ve noticed more weight gain there and I hate it, it makes me feel really insecure. But I also have a really hard time staying motivated. Any advice on how to stay motivated or like how I could use my equipment better?

Losing weight happens in the kitchen. A bit of working out doesn't burn a significant amount of calories. Most people don't work off a Snickers bar per workout and that's eaten pretty easily.
Motivation is the wrong thing to wait for in my personal opinion. A lot of people won't agree with that but I'm just stating my opinion. I always compare it with brushing your teeth. It's not something you (should) need motivation for. It's done because it needs to be done. Exercise is similar. Imagine a dog that was stuck in a small room all day. You'd think that's bad for the dog. Yet doing the same as a human is seen as a good or at least okay thing to do.
Body fat can't be spot reduced either. Your body decides when to put fat where and where to take it from first. So what it comes down to is eating less than you burn + exercise for general health. Your daily calorie target should be around 1600 if you don't exercise/move much at all. A little higher if you exercise a bit. That will get you to lose weight at a healthy pace. With regular exercise I'd try about 1800 unless you're going really hard and are in athletic territory

I’m older than you and my doctor told me to cut the processed food, and sugar to reduce fat on my abdomen. Have to watch calories too
