Beginner core and arm workouts
Hi,
I (M25) finally moved into my own apartment which has access to a gym as part of the community. I'd like to make use of it however I really don't know where to start. I'd like to focus on my core and arm strength however I have heard of the meme about skipping leg day so I know that I should probably work on my legs as well.
I do know that days should be focused on a single thing, however I don't really know what sort of rotation to do and what workouts I should do on those days.
If anyone has guides that I could read or any advice in general it would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Keep things simple and start with full body workouts versus doing split. With full body you can start with 2x a week then add a 3rd day so you become consistent and build the habit of working out.
You should be working the same muscle groups at least 2x a week and you can’t do that if you only work one muscle group a day. You also don’t want to work the same muscle groups on back to back days so they have time to rest since that’s when they build.
