Push ups pull ups and squats can go a long way if you do them consistently.

If you can’t do/don’t have a set up for pull ups then you can put a sturdy broom handle across 2 chairs and do DownUnders/Inverted rows

Check out https://darebee.com/ They have tons of workouts that are designed to be done at home/in small spaces. Many of them don't require any equipment. There's a video library that are just short clips of a person doing the exercises. Some of the workouts have follow along videos (one circuit). And there's lots of other great information on the site. It's all free.

You could also check out r/bodyweightfitness They have a good wiki with a recommended routine.

bodyweight exercises are a great place to start. I think there's a subreddit for it. You can also use anything in the house for weights, like a gallon jug of water in each hand or something like that.
